The shells and beans and onions. It is so good; I don't know what it is, but I can never stop to eat these.

Then Tina bought strawberries, and made them sliced in a simple (that's me) syrup.

A little tart cup, and we were all set to go.........

Oh! Look how cute the shells are!
Look how they are all trying to spoon with each other!
Poor things, they must be cold!

Uh Oh!.... I see that some have little beady eyes.

Jimmy.. the shells look so cute.. some of them look like small mice with 2 little eyes  Razz 

I made my pouched salmon.. it was so good.. my sister in law and her brother ( Dirk ) love them

some spinach, red bell pepper, onion, chili, cilantro and green onion

When I downloaded my pic of tonight's supper I realized I really am more anal than even I thought - no food touching that shouldn't be touching.....gee, that seems to be a real theme with a number of us (huh, Jimmy & Barb ~ er, sorry, I didn't mean to mention names.....)

I got a sore Jaw after tackling this sandwich.
Bologna  / cheese / lettuce / onion / mayo.
That was a 1/2 loaf of bread for that baby.
DIL made sausage potato soup. Good. ( Copycat from Olive Garden )

OK... I have an anouncement to make:

Tomorrows dinner with the kids over here, is gonna be ( Drum Roll with a broken skin )

CHICKEN FROM SAMS CLUB....Yuuuuuck!!!

Two chickens from the rot--- tisery ...Oh! Boy! I hope I can get past the smell.

Tina is gonna do mashed potatoes, and the girls are doing veggies.
Tina is making a Kentucky Butter Cake ...

I am thinking to make a pot of spaghetti sauce. I don't want chicken from SAMS.

They all love it, and I'm outnumbered. pale

My aunt Angelina would always wait up till 2:30 AM when it was the official time to change the time forward, or back whenever the time of the season. My mom said,"Ange, you can do the time change when you go to bed, you don't have to wait till 2:30.

I'll never forget that!

The only casing franks I can find are Nathan's brand...at Fresh Market. $5.99 for 7 hot dogs. Geesh!

But, I WANTED casing franks. I wanted that *snap* *crackle* and *pop* when I bit into them. Even when they pop on the grill grates they still have some bite to 'em.

But I'm still looking for the Sabrett Casing Franks. No one here carries them, but I still have to check out Sam's Club and maybe a run to Costco one of these days.

Yeah, I know......

but now you know how desperate I was for a "REAL" hot dog.  I miss stuff like that from back up north where it was all available....and at reasonable prices.

I like the texture and smoke but I think they are too salty....but since they had snappy casings...well, they did just fine.

Well... we had the Chicken dinner.
Tina made mashed potatoes.
DIL made home made batter bread....Tina made a Kentucky butter cake.

Had Gravy, Baked cauliflower, Beans , corn, and Rigatoni Macaroni's with meat sauce. Thank god, because the chicken was too moist for me to eat.

I heated the two chickens in a foil pan, and sitting in a water bath boiling, and covered with foil.
The chicken didn't dry out that way.
Tina has a BIG Pot of chicken soup cooking with the leftovers of chicken.
I didn't even like the way it felt as I cut it up for serving.
I could care less if they even fell in the toilet, and got flushed to eternity.
