my desktop is up and running.. goodness.. the monitor screen is is so BIG ( well.. compares with my old one ) lol!  and I'm more comfortable to browse and upload pics with it..

my dinner today.. stir fry tofu with soy beansprouts ( so good.. reminded me of my home back there.. one of my family's favorite meals ), and Bulgogi ( maybe not an authentic one, Norm, how did you cook Bulgogi? )

Nice job with the meal today Imelda! Good luck with the new computer!
May it produce many many food recipes and to enjoy the internet and food posting.

The Italian bread came out excellent. That looks great for French toast if anyn is left over.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha ..... Impatient??/ OMG That is so funny!! I could see it now! Beth setting out the food and Dane & DD ready to sit down and eat....and here comes Beth with the Gaff...(Whack) Scene #2 Steak & Broccoli...<Take !.>
And guess who operates the Gaff? ( Dane ) .... And Dane will say, ( Whack" scene #2 ....Beth 2 the moon )!" Laughing

JImmY Boy had a tomato and cheese sammich late lunch.'
Was outside today looking at tomorrows work. Changing a transmission on a VW Golf. The kids car next door! He is driving one week or so, and the trans blew yesterday.
Day before that, the alternator took a dump. His dad will do the under work, and I will be the under hood man. hahahahahaha . Gotta get movin a bit, and get some exercise on this arthritic jointed body.
Gonna hit 60º and sunny.

Supper will be the rest of the pastrami that Tina got me the other day.
DD was over, and made apple oatmeal cookies.
