We got ribs too, I cooked them in my Instant Pot, with apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper, I used pressure cooking for 6 minutes, they were all tender, then I brushed with the thickened juice ( added some sweet soy sauce, honey and lemon juice), broiled for 5 minutes in the oven, they were good, fall of the bones good

imelda....you said you pressure cooked for 6 minutes did you mean 26 or 36 minutes? 6 isnt very long
6 minutes after the float valve went up, so the cooking time was about 25 minutes, then 20 minutes for natural release. The longest cooking time I set was 15 minutes for boiling beef tendon
