I can only imagine how excited Ben will be with all the Disney characters and wonders to see.

So, BLT's it was.  I filled a rack (over a lined sheet pan) with bacon slices to bake and used the rest of the pound to chop & crisp up for wilted lettuce salad ~ Woo Hoo! I was on a roll!

Supper was a huge success according to HIM.....and now we're both ready to explode from over eating.........
