"Dinner Tonght. A nice and spicy kofta. Peas, carrot, tomato with onion and feta. I made this kofta once before, but had venison. No deer today, I used beef and pork. Sooo many spices in that recipe, but it was good."

HE decided what I was planning to cook tonight sounded pretty good so HE decided to have some.

I made Asian Chicken Chunks and Vegetable Spaghetti ~ not spicy, not greasy, not highly seasoned ~ quite a mild meal.

The Asian Chicken was some boneless/skinless chicken thighs marinated in some soy based sauce I had already made in the refrigerator (so, super easy to cook). The vegetable spaghetti was a julienned carrot, thinly sliced onion, julienned zucchini & yellow squash. All very easy to prep ahead and cook in about 15 minutes.

I'm off to Orlando today ~ friend Cathy is flying out and Lyn, Barb & I are using the opportunity to go shopping at Costco, Trader Joe's, the mall and a late lunch at PF Chang's.

HE came home from golf this morning in a super good mood......

HE SHOT ANOTHER HOLE IN ONE!

Woo Hoo !!! It's HIS 4th and the second on the same hole as HIS first in 2019.

HIS golf buddies were really excited for HIM. Everyone likes when that little white balls drops in the cup with just one hit!

"Dinner Tonight. A London broil from my favourite local butcher shop. Fingerling potatoes roasted with the meat. A bit of cauliflower and peas. London broil was a bit too big, lunch tomorrow!"
