We had leftovers for supper....

peach pie but not as pretty as Beths.

chicken & company jambalaya. Saved enough for BBQ sandwich for tomorrow.

Barb that's one of my all time favorite to make. But lately I've been making it in a pie pan, not free-form on a baking sheet. I got tired of that one little tiny hole in the crust that turned into a giant mess in my oven....So I used the pie pan to contain it, but just a large bottom crust folded over and the top left open.
