I am hoping it works ok!

Ours was enameled but it has a big chip on the bottom inside. It's a Lodge red outside 6 quart.
The one I bought is supposed to be preseasond.

I would go crazy without my pantry ~ even though it's not huge, it is easy to see most everything on open shelves and I have my spices on racks from ceiling to practically the floor on either side of the door. I've been in friends' kitchens and all their supplies have to be kept in kitchen cabinets. I suppose you might get use to it, but I've had a dedicated storage for cooking supplies/ingredients for as long as I can remember.
