Dinner is more salmon. This time in front of the telly. Got to watch the red carpet fashions.

Dane is still feelin' really awful with his pulled muscle....all he wanted was a Quarter Pounder with cheese, a small fries and a Coke. I figured if it would make him feel better, why not? So - supper was McD's.

Then... I couldn't wait too long for the Rice Crispy Treats to set. They were just made like 2 minutes ago! BTW... we never use the recommended 1/2 a stick of butter. Tina always uses a stick and a half of butter. The bag of mallows, and 6 cups of rice crispies. They never get hard.

Boy, that soup looks like the perfect cold winter night's supper. Tasty and good for you! And it's so funny....I was cleaning out the pantry and found about 2 c. of Rice Krispies in the box and a few marshmallows.....Guess what I made? A 'personal' serving of Treats! I just mixed 'em after heating the marshmallows in the microwave with a pat of butter ~ smushed 'em in a parchment lined bowl and let 'em cool. Then I just tore pieces off.....to taste test.
