Are you guys growing all that fruit, Imelda? I'd kill to see your garden as it sounds as if Dirk does a wonderful job -- you, too. And don't even get me started drooling over what you do with your fruit! You, too, can count that not only as part of your food budget but also your entertainment budget!

Let's Beth.. I cooked chicken wings with Huli huli sauce too, can't move on yet, it was so good, so I made 1 jar of the sauce, to use whenever I need it
and while I turned on my oven, I baked some sausage rolls too, Dirk loves them

That sauce is good on a lot of stuff....just a bit goes a long way because it's sweet, salty & spicy all at the same time. Best thing I did was cut back on the sugar and increase the spice. Your sausage rolls always look so good. I'll bet Dirk eats them for breakfast when they're in the house! (I would!!!)

Norm, it's been years since I've had chicken scallopini.....good stuff! Makes me think of the Chicken a la King....from the same era, I think. I love the old time recipes.
