I tried to log into my photobucket account and it won't let me.  Want's me to sign in using Facebook and attach my friends list, etc.  Ain't gonna happen.

So, close your eyes and picture two crispy (hard) taco shells with taco meat, lettuce, onion, tomato & sour cream on a white plate.

That was supper.

***********

I kept messin' around on Photobucket and finally got a screen that said they were down for maintenance.

Maybe it'll work tomorrow.

Maybe when you logged in, they said, this girl is gonna send us a pic of her food meals, ....they got hungry, and put the bucket in maintenance mode; so they could go out and get something to eat!

LOL.... Am I sick in the head, or what?

I just said to Tina," How the heck am I gonna eat my waffles now?"
They are LOADED with carbs!.... She said,"put them in a ziplock baggie with the syrup, and chew from the outside of the baggie!"

Pastrami sandwiches tonight.

We have Jones sausage out here. I will have to pick up a package. I did try their liverwurst and didn't care for it. I must have a sensitive tongue because I can taste the differences between the brands of almost everything and I have brand favorites.

Tina has that extra sense of smell, and taste.
She is like a cat smelling the air.

Oh bugs.....forgot to mention, Jim and Sher when they were in CA in the LA area, they went to a drive up burger place ( In-N-Out ) and could not believe the cars in line to get served. Jimmy said they were the best burgers they had ever eaten.

In N' Out is an institution out here. I have been eating them since the early 60's. They are very good, especially for the price point. Their fries are not good, although most people love them. We think they taste and have the texture of wallboard. They are freshly cut but they are only fried once, not twice, and that is what makes a good French fry. The owner is a 30 year old girl. She is worth billions. Her daddy died back in the 90's in a plane crash near us.
I wish they could have tried a Tommy's burger, another L.A. institution.

They are going to opening a bunch of Aldi's stores, or is it Aldo's out here. I understand they are an east coast store. Has anyone been into one? What are they like?

Next time it will be a Tommy's burger.... they loved it so much out there, they are waiting for the next chance to visit the State again. They had a great time.

There is an Aldi's near here. I went there once. They had no variety and generic brands. I didn't buy anything.

They stink...
I wouldn't buy anything from them. I did the refrigeration on a new store, and they are pigs with cleanliness. New produce stored with rotted garbage.
The display cases were filthy and never sanitized.

have you guys tried Culver's Burger? it's my our new favorite burger place, I don't really care about In N Out burger, Dirk likes it, but now we go to its neighbor, Culver's, so many choices, their prime ribs burger is very good too, the value basket price is about the same price at In N Out or McD

and when you sign up online, they will give you coupon BOGO ( we love it ) cheers

here is the one we ordered on our last visit, double burger, so good, juicy but a bit crispy

Culver's has butter burgers !!!

It's my grandchildren's favorite burger place ~ and the fact they have soft serve frozen custard with 100's of 'mix-in' choices has no bearing on Culver's being their favorite burger place.....LOL

(and their onion rings are great, too!)

Imelda, the prime rib ground for burgers, is the best.
We have them like once or twice a year.

They cook their burgers on a flat top grill in butter....the edges get smushed out and the burgers get a crispy edge. Good stuff.

If you order a cheeseburger the cheese gets that little bit of crisp, too.

In the area where I grew up we had White Tower Restaurants, the first that were open 24 hours, I think. They advertised they were the home of 'Butter Burgers'. I think it's something you fall in love with when you're a kid and then you base your opinion of all burgers on that standard.
