JUNE, 2015...What's For Dinner??

Having a cook out today..Sortof. I wlll grill but no way will I  eat outside.90` and the skeeters get me.

wow... hamburgers...hot dogs ...steak and corn on the cob. That's a complete feast.

Roomie and DH went to the beach today, so I thought I would try a new recipe: French onion soup mac & cheese. It is in the oven now.
Last night Roomie met some friends for dinner at a restaurant. She almost passed out at the prices. Steak dinner for two: $275.00. She had a lousy wedge salad that put her back $22.00. YIKES!

Yep!.... I order it on line from Bigcatcoffee.com They have the smooth regular breakfast K cups and the Decaf K cups.
It is my favorite donut shop coffee, and my favorite doughnuts.
No Bakeries in Jersey. Grrrrr. Tina has to drive to PA to get them fresh baked.
I think they are based in South Carolina. You may be able to find a shop / bakery that has the coffee by you...??

Depends on what you like. I like cole slaw. Fries .

Jimmy we have a kk store. I looked and whoa $17+ for a bag lol pass !!! I am cheap I buy coffee when on sale and bogo lol

I just joined Costco. I noticed they have Kirkland coffee @ about $12 for 2 1/2 lbs. How does it taste?

Laughed as we always comment how good the A/C feels when we come in. I just sit out occasionally under the blood orange tree on our deck with Brian or watching him work in the yard. Man, when I come inside, it feels like heaven! He hangs in there but he has always liked the heat more than me. It's still a cookout anyway, B, even if you run from the grill to the house!

Brian sprays the yard and the plants with insecticidal soap every so often and also sprays the grass with some flea stuff for Lola so we have very few skeeters. We feed tons of birds so we have to use non-toxic stuff but if you do it often enough, it really works. Even though Brian uses sunscreen (most of the time) and Off always, he still wears a long sleeve shirt (an old workshirt that is soft as all get out). Says it keeps the sun off his arms and any bugs, too, if they're out there!

dark strong. DD said it was starbucks. I had one cup and gave her the bag.lol Not for me. I like medium or light.

They opened a store here about 1.5 years ago.  It's not terribly convenient so we haven't joined.  Please let the rest of us know how you like it and what you think, Norm.  I'm curious, especially about the meat.  Brian smokes a lot and I wonder how much meat you have to get, e.g., if you have to buy a huge pack of ribs...)  Many thanks.
