There were leftovers from the KFC Chicken Nuggets the grandchildren had for their lunch the other day so I turned them into a 'faux' Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad for my lunch today. They are off to visit son-in-law's grandparents in Flagler Beach today so Dane and I are taking advantage of a 'lazy day' of doing nothing and napping.....

Late lunch or very early bird dinner. My eating at certain times is off.Guess I can snack on popcorn later...

Yes that is brisket lol I swear I have eaten a years worth of eggs in the last few days and more to come.Oh well ya got to die of something.

I would share that meal with you.....and, yes, if it's a 'last meal', that's OK, too!

But I don't think that's gonna happen today or tomorrow ~ so let's just come up with a few more meals to clog our arteries.

I cooked potato, carrot, zucchini "noodles" Wink , cooked on the stove with a bit of oil, salt and black pepper, then I put them on a bowl, pressed hard, baked for 10 minutes, topped with fried eggs and cheese, for Dirk's brunch

Good stuff, Imelda! I love that zucchini 'spaghetti', the taste if yummy and the texture stays tender crisp...

And you just reminded me I have a couple zucchini in my refrigerator! Now I know the side I'll make to go with my grilled pork tonight.

One of my very favorite breakfasts is a cup of coffee with fresh baked yeast rolls (just like yours) slathered with butter.
