I have a new recipe I want to try. It uses peach chunks that are grilled. Peaches are not in season yet so I was wondering if frozen peaches would work or are they mushy when they are thawed? Not sure canned would hold up either.

use fresh.JMO. I grill peaches ..Love them.

Neither frozen or canned peaches work well with the grilled recipe I have. Fresh and in season are the ones that work best and are delicious.
