Not feeling good.I think those navy beans gave me heartburn .Not eating anymore of them.Never did before..I took a pill for that lol...
Did not feel like messing with food this morning,even tho I am always hungry in the AM.Had leftover pancake mix from those grain ones I made last week,put in a bit of leftover fried apples,cottage cheese,topped with sf strawberry jam & fresh made greek plain yogurt.

I love eggs with avocado or as my niece used to say "amarados". That omelet looks yummy.

My sister-in-law and I just had a fried egg sandwich for breakfast....
I prepare such sumptuous meals for MY house guests....LOL (she didn't want anything but coffee...)

Nice meal.. Barbara.. 
I baked some breads.. using 1 batch of cinnamon roll recipe I made 3 kinds of fillings... beef sausage, cheese and spicy shredded beef
my DH loves those sausage and cheese buns..

Imelda, you could pack those up for a camping trip and eat like a king & queen! I can see why DH loves them.
Cheryle and I are off this morning to run around, well....drive around ~ so I thought I'd fix us breakfast at home. A basted egg, home fries, sausage link & toast.

I had a sweet potato screaming out to be used before it would have to be tossed.....
Breakfast was a couple over-easy eggs, fried sweet potatoes w/onion & toast ~ enough to get me through the majority of the day !

Had A stretched eggs omelet for brunch.
2 eggs scrambled then a slurry of flour and water, like a tbs. of flour and water to make a paste. Then all scrambled with the eggs.
It makes almost 4 eggs from only two eggs.
Gram used to make eggs like that to stretch the eggs during tough times.
I like it, but Tina doesn't.
I added tomato / green scallions / feta cheese, and ham diced.
