Interesting, Imelda. So, the sauce can be as spicy as you want to make it and is spicy, salty, sweet and sour all at the same time? The tamarind is something I saw used a lot in the Caribbean....I always wanted to learn how to cook the fresh when I saw the pods in the grocery stores.Imelda HL wrote:our meatless Monday.
