It's a steel pizza pan. It's too big to soak. No sink big enough.
I'm gonna try oven cleaner.
To think.....all it would have taken, was a sheet of foil on the pan.

Use the bathtub or soak 1/2 at a time.

Shut up and get your butt there. You don't want to lose the use of your hand......

(someday you'll thank me for shaming you into going...........)

We ended up going out so no cooking. And we'll go out after his golf tomorrow so that'll be another day of not cooking. Neighbor Darlene came down to see the progress in the house and went to the Cuban/Cajun place we went ~ she had never been there and loved it. Phew! Always a question when you take someone to a favorite restaurant that's a bit different cuisine on whether or not they'll enjoy it as much as you do. She had Cuban pork tacos with black beans & rice and liked every bite. Dane had his Cuban sandwich and I had the gumbo, this time with some chicken wings.....next time I'll select something else. They were OK but I can make better...... I much prefer something I don't usually make at home when we go out but for some reason I thought I was hungry for wings tonight.

I have already lost most of the use of my hand. The PT told me I should have been in there during the healing process and all of this could have been avoided. The Ortho didn't tell me this. So now I have a useless hand and PT really can't do anything for me. All of my fingers are curled and they won't straighten out. I requested a hand specialist from my primary and am waiting for the permission slip. My jerk of an ortho said it is all up to me but all he has said is to bend and squeeze my hand. Fine. I am doing that but my hand is getting worse. I wish my dad was alive. He would know what to do and send me to the right person. That's an HMO for you. Hand the Money Over.

Tina has loss of both hands. All due to the ortho Dr.s.
Her hands won't bend, and therapy wasn't started soon enough. She has chronic pain syndrome.

Tostitos chips with Queso ...
Like a hog eating them, but so good. Had fried mushrooms and onions.
Biscotti and coffee, then Jello for dessert with whipped cream.

Norm, your pics always make your meals look so inviting! I like that you take the time to have a number of topping choices.

That's quite an Eclectic menu you chose, Jimmy. You aren't going vegetarian on us, are you?

(sounds like Dane when he can't decide what he's hungry for and just stands in front of the pantry and then the refrigerator with the door open, just looking for 10 minutes.)

Hahahahahahaha!

That was Joe last night. 1/2 a three day old ham sandwich, a banana, 2 meatballs, mashed and gravy from two days ago. For dessert was a rootbeer float.

No, not vegetarian yet! It was the large quantity of chips and dips that I ate! The mushrooms and onions were a meal in itself.

I never thought I'd say, "Thank goodness it's clean enough to cook in here....."

But I AM happy to have a home cooked meal instead of going out. I made skinless/boneless chicken thighs in Korean BBQ sauce, basmati rice and asparagus.
