I made potatoes tonight!!! OMG, they tasted SO good. Fried chicken cutlet & Brussel Sprouts.

This morning I made my DH a huge breakfast burrito. It was full of eggs, potatoes O'Brien, sausage, bacon , cheese and Tommy's chili paste. I wasn't sure he would want dinner but he did so we had tuna melts. In between breakfast and dinner we went to see Dracula with Bela Lugosi on the big screen. There were only four people in the theater. One was a crazy who would laugh at the wrong time. The crowning touch was that he let this long, rasping fart. I couldn't believe it.
I then got an email from Bon Appetit magazine for a recipe for a drink inspired by Donald Trump. It is called the comb-over. Here is the link. Too funny.

Hamburgers with pickles............ Not bad, but bunless was weird. I had to nibble a slice of whole grain bread to complete the mouths wants! LOL

Chicken whole legs.Apples and onions.((((leeks))))

Sour dough starter had been asleep in the refrigerator since last May, so I figured it was time to wake it up and start using it again. It was still slow after a few days of feeding it, so I gave it a little boost with instant yeast, otherwise I'd be waiting until tomorrow for the sponge to bubble enough. I had some store bought deli fried chicken, potato salad and baked beans with it.

Those are so beautiful Norm! Someday I am going to try and make baguettes.

yes  lol.bag of cheap whole legs for .69clb..I did buy them for the girls,however they might be allergic to chicken..IDK..Vet says grain free and no poultry..been a couple months and they both have chewed  them self raw..I have wall to wall pet hair ..So  it might not even be their food...

Lol does not even look like a whole leg on there,but there is..

Those baguettes inspire me. I made some breadsticks a couple of weeks ago. I need more practice with them.
