I've seen them used with a goat cheese filling and then fried and also just fried till crispy (nothing added to the inside).

Looks like you have enough to 'experiment' with!

I'm so glad Norm reminded me of that site. I use to use it and then it got lost when my computer got switched over to a new one. It's a great site.

Dirk picked bunch of figs from my in-laws tree, not my favorite fruits, so I roasted some for him, drizzle with melted butter +honey + cinnamon powder, he liked it and said, enough sugar for today Very Happy

Oh, my, Imelda.....you don't know how expensive those figs are when you live where they are not grown....

Gee Wizzers.... Tina mommy made me scrambled eggs with cheese. Popped a tube of muffins in the new toaster oven. Came out perfect.
We will have plenty of eggs for a month or so. Tina picked up 30 dozen case of brown extra large eggs at the farm auction yesterday. Neighbors took 13 dozen off our hands.

The eggs just hit the spot. Especially when someone else cooked them!

Oh! I see! ... it's like the "Use it Up" mode. Cook it or lose it.
Found that out the other day. T pulled out that head of lettuce that was buried in the down stairs fridge for a month. Phew!!!

Those look good. My lunch today was brats on a bun and topped with Jimmy's hotdog chili, onions and cheese.
