Is that a chicken/potato salad? I'm too lazy to cut my romaine at the table so I usually just chop it up when I'm prepping my meal.....well, truth be told, I usually try to cut it and it slips off my plate and on to the table. Less mess if I chop earlier.....LOL

No it is Caesar salad . My way lol. Croutons egg bacon chicken breast creamy Caesar dressing . Romaine.

That bun looks delicious. The pulled pork sounds good, but I would eat the coleslaw on the side. No touchy touchy the sandwich! LOL

Looks great, Imelda! I'm usually in too much of a hurry so I just make my custard in a casserole or custard cups. Good stuff and good for you.

Yeah!.... And looking at it, I am wanting another one for this morning.
I don't know if you had ever had one, but those Thomas' Soft Bagels are the ultimate for sandwiches off all kinds, or just as eating them with cream cheese and veggie spread. We do like the regular fresh bagels, but these Thomas' are great to keep in the fridge for up to two weeks, and still be edible. They are easy on the teeth! LOL

Nope.lol I bought some corned beef. Made the slaw. No rye so used whole wheat.

thank you Norm, Jimmy and Beth, my next pie will be Coconut custard pie, I'll bake it for Easter day at my in-laws'

I like that kind of breakfast, but it must NOT be wet inside!
I do not like uncooked egg dishes or custard pies.
I believe Bugster feels the same way about the smell of un-cooked eggs.
I guess I am too fussy with eggs. I love eggs over easy, but the whites must be cooked good.

I know what you are saying, I don't like gooey eggs either, so I toasted them for a few more minutes, hubby is okay with the gooey part.. but I think if I let it completely cool, it'd be set and hard, we could not wait longer, as the smell made us so hungry
