2 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 lemon, grated zest
1 orange, grated zest
champagne grapes
Butter and flour a 9" springform pan.
Mix eggs w/ sugar and zest until pale and fluffy.
Add in vanilla, melted butter, oil and milk and mix well.
Add in the dry ingredients and the grapes last .
350` 45 min. let cool for 15 min,then remove the ring.
