ok I did it again.I swore I would not buy big container of H&H.And I did.  

date said March 10. I thought well this will work.This morning I see Use within 7 days after open......  No way will I use this in 7 days.

so I thought well I will freeze half..I goggle. There is as many no you can not as yes you can. Yes shake the tar out of it.It will be good for baking etc not in coffee. Yes you can use it for coffee. It will only last a few days after frozen so use it quick..    

Yeah, half & half is a tough one. I usually end up using it for a bowl of oatmeal or.....

OMG ~ poured over strawberries and biscuit shortbreads!

Strawberries are starting to come down in price here in AZ. I just saw a pound for $1.59. I'm about ready to pick some up. Yum!

I don't have trouble with Half&Half or with Whipping Cream or Heavy Cream. I can usually use them even past the expiration date.

I don't have any issues with freezing it either. Of course when it thaws it separates but a good shake will usually cure that. It should be fine even after the date.
