I don't have much in the way of vegetables in the refrigerator or I'd probably join in.
I'm thinking of doing the BLAT lettuce wraps again. I've got a nice avacado that is just about where it needs to be and some fresh romaine washed & wrapped in a floursack towel in the refrigerator staying crisp.
I just might allow for a bit more bacon this time...I'm in a bacon mood!
