A friend sent me a link to Youtube showing a woman preparing chicken. The recipe actually looks good but the technique and the use of foul language (welcome to America) is awful. My sister and I were horrified. She mixed everything in the kitchen sink and some of the pieces fell into the drain which she retrieved. The sink looked spotless but the drain is a different matter entirely. I hope she cooks the chicken at a high enough temp to kill any bacteria. If anyone wants to see the video I will post the link but be warned, it contains graphic language.

I have difficulty watching most poultry videos.....but the most current one that made me gag so much was the ad on television for some antibacterial wipe. The woman in the ad wiped down the countertop, refrigerator door, etc. with a raw chicken.

I always had to change the channel when it was on. It literally made me sick to my stomach to watch.
