I really like the oo I bought last month. It has a great garlic taste.
What do you think they use to make it so garlic-y?

I did the whole garlic in oil & it got rancid.Deadly with bacteria.Will not do that again.
Maybe they used that liquid garlic.By itself it is gross.Powder??? I don't see any?

I have made garlic oil, or other flavoured oils many times. When we had pig roasts here, our Greek brother-in-law prepared the oil in a gallon jug weeks before. Lots of garlic, oregano, hot pepper and lots of others yummy spices. No problems.
