I thought I'd start eating healthier by eating cereal and oatmeal for breakfast instead of eggs and toast... sometimes some sausage or bacon.
Today there was an article in the paper that said that fat in your diet wasn't so bad for your, nor cholesterol and even counting calories wasn't as effective at weight control as eliminating added sugar. (Sugar in fruit is good though, except for grapes which has too much sugar) They listed the worst foods with added sugar with cereal and oatmeal (instant) being near the top of the list- after candy bars and soda.
Even after eating oatmeal for breakfast, I find I'm hungry again in an hour of so.
