I pay big bucks for it too.

I might just use regular oils for a while..

Barb, we use various olive oils. The bulk cans of just cold pressed olive oil.
Then, the extra virgin and sorts. Smaller containers. Then small bottles of the really good stuff. For like drizzle for that final taste. A great oil is Goya ( from Spain ) olive oil. Great taste, and smooth. Perfect viscosity.
