NormM wrote:Jimmy, I went to the Overland Park Farmer's market yesterday morning. As soon as I got on the highway it started raining so hard I could hardly see. I thought about turning around and going back but I was also going to the fountain pen collectors meeting after the farm market so I went ahead. After the market, there is a store right near there that specializes in vinegars and oils. I got a butter infused olive oil and pineapple/ balsamic vinegar. By the time I got out of the store it had stopped raining.
When I got back home, there was not much evidence of rain. I had left a bag of charcoal outside and it was dry.
It rained hard today too but I was unaware of any tornado warnings. We live in the most southern suburb of Kansas City and the tornados must have gone north of us.
