Anyone getting their Pumpkin on

  

I do not like anything pumpkin till maybe mid Nov.That do not stop me from buying 8 cans .In fact next time I am in Wal mart I will get more.

Last year I bought some at Publix & it was almost $3 a can.

I saw it at WallyW for $1.70.

I make so many different pumpkin things so I will stock up.

Yesterday I bought 3oz jars of pumpkin pie spice, apple pie spice at TJ Maxx for $2.That small 1.2oz mc/corm. is almost $5.

Oh, yeah - I never (well, almost never) buy any spices unless they are on sale.

Only place I'll pay full price is if I'm at the Penzey store. But the quality, to me, is worth it and their prices are not near what the grocery store brands are.

I'm not a big pumpkin fan. I do make pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, but, hey, it's a traditional family recipe. It's also traditional for me to eat 90% of a pie, 1" by 1" by 1" slice, throughout the morning as I'm prepping for dinner.
