This year I was going to be gone a lot so I wasn’t planning on doing much Christmas baking. However, plans change and since my trip to Israel and Egypt was canceled, I have almost 3 weeks with nothing in my calendar…so I have time to work on cookies.
I was going to keep things real simple this year…but we’ll see how this works out.
I’ll post photos when cookie types are finalized and cookies are all baked. At least baking is my happy place and may help with the disappointment when a bucket list trip is canceled.
One of the cookies I made yesterday was triple chocolate. Steve tasted it and said it was like a lava cake in cookie form. What would I do without my cookie taste tester!
