Vidalia's great buy!!!

I went to food lion yesterday to pick up some cheese.For the kids burgers.Decided I needed a onion or 2.

Vidalias are .65clb Russets too but I have little use for them.
These onions are the size of softballs.I picked up so many,the bag got to heavy so I made 2 bags.

I think I am going to get some more lol.
I mean .65clb

just hope I can keep them fresh.

the one's here were $ .89/lb. and now are back at $ .99/lb.

What if you cooked 'em off and froze 'em if they look like they might not make it?

I know because of the high moisture content when they go, they go FAST !
