Another method of making hard-cooked eggs

Hope you are all well, we've had a hard winter and am finally getting my hearing back in my right ear after the major sinus/ear infection I've had.

Oh, dear, Pea....that northern winter has had everyone hunkered down. All I hear from my kids is, "it's SNOWING again!!". Take care of yourself.

I've seen that method of baking eggs in the shell - although I've not tried it. But it does look like something we ought to ask Randy to experiment with......lol
