CREAM CHEESE FOR BANANA BREAD

I've been thinking about Banana bread for this whole week, so I'm going to make it today.. I don't have sour cream but have bunch of cream cheese.. I'm thinking to use it instead of sour cream.. is it possible? anyone did it before? thank you  

I don't think I'd try it unless I snooped around and found a recipe that used it....

I think it might be too heavy...but, then again, if you whipped it with a little milk to lighten it up....hey, it might just work.

At the most, you'll have a "fail" to warn the rest of us about!

it's in the oven now.. it looks promising.. but we'll see   

it's done... took a long time to bake till finish though.. I can't wait to slice it.. but I have to wait till it cool down,, it's so delicate.. I don't want it falls apart.. I have my green tea ready

I added 1 pack of 8oz Cream Cheese instead of sour cream.. addes some cocoa powder for the swirl... it's so moist.. well.. not need to say more..  except

If I had seen this earlier, I'd have suggested thinning it down a little with some vinegar. I guess it didn't need it.
