WTH? and why?

There was one guy who must have been a Caltech scientist because his explanations were so technical that many times it went way over my head. Was that Dilbert or someone else?

I think Dilbert is an engineer.

Go on the internet and find a tirade/rant about something really stupid and completely devoid of anything to do with cooking.....copy and paste on their site. Oh, and find some pics to really P.O. the crowd and include them.

Why don't you email the guy (or go on the site and PM him) and tell him you're not interested and to kindly stop the barrage of messages? Or, if you don't want to do that, just block the email address or tag it as spam.

That would aggravate me, too. I get far too many emails as it is.

I get too many emails too but at least I rarely get ads for Viagra or penile enlargement devices now. For some reason (thank goodness!) they have mostly stopped. I used to get at least 20 a day. What bothers me is that I get emails that use the names of friends or family that take me to some weird place. How the heck do they get hold of those names?

I just got something unusual in the mail from the makers of my recipe software. They are based in Utah so I am guessing they are Mormons and very religious. It is a device that you hook up to your TV that automatically bleeps out any foul language. I don't really hear anything bad on TV but I hear a lot on DVD's that I rent. Doesn't bother me too much but I know it can be really, really offensive. There are some words I have zero tolerance for. Anyway, I thought that was interesting that they can do that.

I think these are viruses that send to everyone someone has in their address book. I just got one the other day.

I used to get those ads from Canada Drug Company's for like Viagra and etc. The easy fix.....is to just change your password like .i.e johndoe to janedoe or whatever. The ads stopped instantly.

I have Ad Lock on my firefox.The only spam I get is from that Netcooking.I got 4 more today.
I was going to login & tell them I have no interest in that no account forum & stop asking me to come back.
What I saw just made me so glad that I did not.You would think that since no one posts there & members have left,that they would not be so mean to the ones are still there.

I just got 10 'please come back to us' BS...wonder if it is just me?I know they really don't want me back lol I am to quick to tell them off.

I get at least 5 a day.Today I got 5. Some days I get up to 10.
