We've never done this as Brian doesn't eat seafood. But I'm sure you looked online, as I did, and I found a good one. Check it out and see what you think:
I might try this at a later date when we have guests. The great thing about Brian is he doesn't mind making seafood even though he doesn't eat it.
We made some tasso on Saturday and he smoked it yesterday with pecan wood a friend saves for us. Turned out delicious as always but the pecan wood seemed to make it even better.
Let me know what you do and how it turns out, Barbara, as I'm dying to know!
