I came across another cooking blog that has a number of recipes I want to try. I thought I should share the site here as this scone recipe sounds like something many of us like....a cross between a biscuit and a cookie.

What I like about scones is they are both sweet and savory and just right with a cup of coffee or tea. For some reason, since they aren't as full of sugar as cookies I don't feel so guilty eating them....I can rationalize just about anything!
