Imelda, what is it intended to be used for?
I bought a small grill pan one time at a Calphalon warehouse sale...really cheap - $5. I used it once and now it is in one of the boxes for our auction. Glad I didn't pay any more for it.
it's like a grill pan, it's good if we cook dry food, no sauce, no gravy... I cooked Indonesian meat omelet with it.. I placed 2 pieces of eggroll wraps on the greased pan, then poured in the precooked meat, mixed with eggs, chopped onion and green onion, then topped it with 2 more eggroll wrappers, I closed the lid and cooked it for a while, after it almost set, I flipped it and cooked the other side until it all done.. it's pretty good.. and I made veggies fritata with it too.. good for grilling fish as well
