It looks good.  And if you bake early and turn the vent on high it's not so terrible.

Here's that spaghetti squash crust I made....

And here's the faux quiche I made...faux because I don't use cheese unless its cream cheese (used in this one), mozzarella or Parmesan - but it was good!
