unopened in my cheese drawer.. not expired so Now to figure out what to make with it.

stuffed chix breast comes to mine.

not making greek salad.just had that..

I might just chop up some heirlooms if I can find some. with a little basil & feta & maybe a dash of red vinegar.For one thing lol.

I would really love some greek spinach pie but the filo is to much carbs.

Is there anything you could sub for that?   Maybe just the filling all baked up and then use it as a side to a nice Greek seasoned chicken breast.

I  made that fabulous pasta, chicken sausage, feta, etc., dish a few weeks ago.  If you sub shiritaki noodles for the pasta, you could  make it.  Here's the recipe:  http://www.examiner.com/article/try-our-recipe-for-the-best-mediterranean-pasta-with-sausage 

If you don't have a Sprouts by you, you can use chicken sausage from the grocery store.

Just drizzle a little olive oil on a slice and sprinkle with a little dill.
