That looks really moist, Judy!
I would think you could come up with some lemon ricotta scones if you really put your mind to it......

That wouldn’t be hard to do....swap out the sour cream I use in mine for ricotta. No more ricotta as of now but maybe I’ll do it next time. I make scones a lot....but you know that. Lol
