Hey Muzicgirl -- welcome back!  You and your beautiful, delicious sounding vegetarian meals will be fun to hear about and see once again.  Yep, we're all still here and still chatting away, and it has indeed been 5 years since Beth started this forum -- and she's still taking very good care of all of us! We're very grateful that she makes this forum possible for us, as we're not large in numbers but very large in friendship.  

Nice to see you back. Can't wait to see your beautiful meals again, too.
