I will be using my slow cooker soon

it is getting to hot for me to stand over the grill.I go in & out in & out & both 'girls' are under my feet the whole time.Plus the door being open is not good.

so seems to me I will slow cooker soon.Plus stove top.
I could grill in the morning lol. but then it is so humid. I doubt I will do that..I will see how that goes.

Only problem is that when it's so hot we don't feel like eating long cooked meals. Maybe some suggestions of what works for others in the heat of summer might help.

About the only thing I cook when it's really hot is something like pulled pork or BBQ beef for sandwiches. I need inspiration for cooking in the heat.

thats another reason I eat lots of salads.
