When I got up this morning my keyboard didn't work. Crap.

The mouse was OK. I tried to think of anything I could that might resolve the problem. I changed the batteries. Nope, still doesn't work. I unplugged the thingy from the USB. Nope, still doesn't work.

Finally, I decided to go pick up a new keyboard.

Yup ~ that was the problem.

At least I was able to fix it and get back to the business at hand.....playing games on the computer!!!

I just bought my 4th mouse.  Kids tell me to get a Ipad.. No one uses a laptop anymore Mom..  Shocked    No way. It is to small plus you have to hold the thing..

Ipads are nice but I would never switch from a laptop to one on a permanent basis. I like a big screen with a big font. I have a 17" laptop and will get another when this one bites the dust.

I dumped my desk top and spent a bit more and bought a MacBook Pro. No viruses, not slow and the screen is big enough and I can enlarge it if it isn't. I can also go anywhere in the house with the WiFi. I will NEVER get anything with Windows again

The only advantage to Windows is non-Apple software. So much of it out there is not compatible with a Mac. Another adavantage Windows has is cost. Macs are very expensive. But if I could afford one I would buy it.
