how long do you think per side you should grill this?
it is 2' or more thick.
when I do it in the oven I do 7 minutes or so per side.

I have not grilled one before..

I would grill it about the same - and be sure to check the temperature. I usually pull at 125° and let it sit 10 min. to keep it juicy.

It's the same as grilling a flank steak - I know you've done those before....

Slice on a bias and thin....amazingly yummy!

not sc fresh.
