how long do you think per side you should grill this?
it is 2' or more thick.
when I do it in the oven I do 7 minutes or so per side.

I have not grilled one before..

I would grill it about the same - and be sure to check the temperature. I usually pull at 125° and let it sit 10 min. to keep it juicy.

It's the same as grilling a flank steak - I know you've done those before....

Slice on a bias and thin....amazingly yummy!

grilled corn on the cob.Not really what you would call fresh. It came from Ca or Fla.
not sc fresh.

but anything grilled is great

Oh, Barb, I LOVE that caramalized (looks burned) part ! And if you just happen to slather butter over...well, that's Good Eats, for sure!
