2 quarts of milk
2 cups of sugar
1 3'stick of cinnamon
1/2t baking soda dissolved in 1T water.
pour milk in crockpot/slowcooker
whisk in sugar.
add cinn stick
the baking powder
on high for 24 hrs.uncovered...
after 18 hrs check it & stir from time to time.
it should be thick,rich golden.
strain it..over a wide mouth jar with lid.
it will keep overa month in the fridge.
makes 3 cups...aka caramel sauce..
