Turtles ... so good.

I can and will eat these..Dark 70% good chocolate and nuts..Sugar free caramel too.

with a tiny bit of sea salt sprinkled on top? Now you have your dessert for now till Christmas!

I've made those Rolo Pretzel Pecan candies for the holiday in the past. Too easy.

I make turtles every year.  If I didn't, I'd have a mutiny on my hand.  I've made over 50 lbs of caramel this year, maybe more.  And once you add the chocolate, pecans, etc., I don't even know how much there is.  And worse yet, I don't eat them anymore.  

I tried to post a photo but I can never get my photos to post properly. Sure wish that would work!!!

Yeah, JanaAZ....I think the only way to post pics on this format is via a photo sharing site like Photobucket. I know you can post your pics in a 'private' mode and still have them visible here but it has to be through one of those sites.

It allows you to host photos, but I haven't been able to get them to display here. You, Beth, can see them because we're FB friends.

Truffles are done, but I didn't post any photos. I might photograph my meal for Saturday's Christmas dinner. All this stuff I've been doing will end up being served to my dinner guests. I'm going to need to widen the doors so they can get out when done eating...lol

You all motivated me to make something sweet for Christmas so I also made some turtles and some chocolate covered truffles.
