Jimmy I have made this since 1968 when my ex SIL brought it to a dinner I was having.

It is so good. Everyone who eats it wants the recipe.

Simple to.

Can of creamed corn 15oz
Can of drained reg corn.15oz( I have a time or 2 used Mexicali) and when I did not have a can of corn, I used frozen..

Box of JIFFY corn bread mix.
2 beat large eggs
1 cup sour cream.
1 cup melted butter.

mix it all up,you can just use a spoon.

pam spray a casserole dish.bake 350` 30/40 minutes.( last year I made it a foil pan to take to DD & it took longer to bake.. weird)

I have put chedder on top but I like it plain..

I would definetely do the cheese topping. We are cheese lovers here!
It's like when Tina makes Shepherds Pie. She sprinkles grated cheddar, and I said,"Just Dump the bag in dear!" Don't be so stingy with the cheese. hahahahahahaha
