Sauce Creme Dijon
Makes 2 cups. Recipe from Grey Poupon jar.
1/3 cup Grey Poupon mustard
2 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon tarragon OR dill weed (I usually use tarragon)
Pinch grated lemon rind
In saucepan, beat ingredients over low heat in double boiler, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Great with pork, asparagus, broccoli, eggs, chicken breasts, etc.
