What should I use to clean this confused  I think I can get rid of the burnt part , but I'm not sure about the discolored stain, I've tried baking soda and vinegar but still did not help much

I have pretty good luck with heating it on the stove with either just water .If that does not work I use vinegar on the stove top you can bring it to a boil..IF that does not work (LOL)  I use Bartenders friend,,, that is powdered cleanser in a can, like comet, only better.

I've had luck in the past putting about 2" of cool water in the pan, adding about 2 Tbsp. of baking soda, bringing it to a boil and then adding a lid and letting it sit and cool down to room temperature.

A light scrub with a baking soda paste (a sprinkle of baking soda in the damp pan) usually gets rid of any staining.

If that doesn't work and the stain remains, it's still OK to use.

Can you feel the black marks? If so, you might want to try Dawn Power Dissolver and let it sit overnight with the lid on.

Le Creuset makes a cream for polishing the inside of their pans but I don't know how effective it is. I also found this:

Stronger, improved solution (ok'd by the manufacturer): 1 part bleach to 3 parts water. After standing over-night, a lightly stained pot was just as good as new, but a heavily stained one required an additional night of soaking before turning the stained pots back to blonde.

I do as Beth does with the baking soda. I also use barkeepers friend to help with the staining. The outside of one of the pans is staining and I can't seem to get it off. I was going to check out LeCreuset's website and see what they say to do.

I have a white Le Creuset pot that is stained. I suddenly remembered I had a bottle of the Le Creuset cleaner so I gave a it a try. Cleaned up the pan a bit but the stains are still there. Next I will try the bleach.
