Yum, Imelda....looks great. What is the fried item on the right side of your plate?
I didn't have a clue what I was going to fix for supper...opened the freezer door and there was a rack of ribs! I pulled 'em out at 5 a.m. and tossed them into the sink, they were thawed by noon. Then I opened the package and pulled the silver skin off the back and sprinkled some of my homemade rib rub on, snugged 'em up in plastic wrap and put 'em on a plate in the refrigerator for the afternoon. A couple hours before supper they got whacked in half and put onto a sheet pan, added some Coke and covered with foil. Baked in a 300° oven for an hour or so, then on the grill to brown up and a slather of Sweet Baby Ray's.
I added a baked potato with sour cream & chives and broccoli and supper was done.
